We are totally independent and do not have any ties with any of the companies we may request to submit tenders. Depending on the project size our fees will range from between 5 and 10% of the overall project. However this cost is often more than covered by the savings we can negotiate during the tender stage.

After an Initial Consultation we will supply you with our fixed price for a) design b) tender and c) project manage and implementation. We can therefore help to ensure your project comes in on time and on budget.
